STACEY BALES
President

President of Bales since 2010, Stacey drives the long-term strategic vision and manages financial and legal matters. Bales has been part of Stacey’s life for as long as she can remember. She has worked in every facet of the company, from cleaning offices and answering phones to masking and blasting on the floor. Her various roles shaped Stacey into the leader she is today.

SARA (BALES) MORTENSEN
Vice President

As the vice president of Bales, Sara leads the marketing and customer experience. Sara literally grew up with the family business. She learned early on about the importance of listening to customers. Leading by her father's example, Sara uses this skill to help customers tackle their challenges.

RICH WOZNIAK
Technical Services Manager

Rich has more than 30 years of manufacturing experience and a passion for the industry. He began as a CNC machinist and later worked as a mold maker and operations manager in the injection molding field. That background means Rich has a solid understanding of the challenges facing Bales customers.

RICH O'BRIEN
Technical Services Manager

Rich is a Bales veteran, having joined the company over 25 years ago. He has worked as an inspector, a polisher, and shipping and receiving manager. These experiences helped Rich develop a deep understanding of Bales’ products and processes. That means he knows exactly what it takes to finish a quality job from start to finish.
