About Rich Wozniak

Rich Wozniak, Account Manager at Bales Metal Surface Solutions, has seen all sides of the mold-making industry. He has over 35 years of experience, beginning as a CNC milling machine machinist, CNC EDM machine machinist, Mold Maker, and later, Operations Manager for a plastic injection facility that also over-molded LSR.  Rich’s passion for industry and expertise led him to understand the complex difficulties molders and mold makers face. Rich enjoys working with customers to develop solutions to their challenges and educating industry peers on the value of protecting the life of their molds with precision coatings and finishes.
