NICKLON™
NICKLON™ is a proprietary electroless nickel coating with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). This coating offers corrosion and oxidation protection equal to Electroless Nickel, plus excellent lubricity.
NIBORE™
NIBORE™ is a proprietary nickel boron coating that offers a superior level of lubricity and release, with an excellent level of abrasion and wear resistance. Electroless plating doesn’t require an electric current; thus, NIBORE™ nickel boron coatings will be even, regardless of the surface.
DIAMOND CHROME
Nanometer-sized diamond particles are co-deposited with chrome plating for long-lasting abrasion protection with excellent lubricity and release. This is why Bales recommends Diamond Chrome coating for all of your most abrasive applications.
ELECTROLESS NICKEL
Electroless Nickel plating creates a thin, uniform coating that offers superior protection against oxidation, along with moderate abrasion resistance properties.
HARD CHROME
The widely used Hard Chrome plating continues to be a go-to for industrial manufacturers for the superior abrasion and wear. Hard Chrome plating solutions also offer moderate release properties for metal components.
